We feature full body training using TRX, Kettlebells, free weights. Lose, body fat, and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Sessions are 1 hour in length. One hour of pure fun!!!Personal training sessions available upon request. Cost: $150 for 6 week session (24 total 1 hr. sessions) -- Personal training @ $25 per session.  NEW SESSION STARTING May 7.
